Two Eighteen brought us on as the content team for Aston Martin’s activation at F1 Fan Fest Miami — a multi-day weekend where every brand on the grid is fighting for share of attention. The brief: capture the look, the energy, and the guest experience, then ship social-ready cuts before the news cycle moved on.

Coast-to-coast coverage doesn’t mean shipping a remote team. Karma flew the full crew from Los Angeles to Miami, set up an on-site editing rig, and delivered every cut as the weekend unfolded. Two Eighteen trusted us to land in Miami, deliver from the floor, and keep the brand standard intact.

Pre-production

Site walk, brand reference, shot list, and a multi-camera plan for the activation — locked before the team boarded the plane.

Capture

Three days on location in Miami with a photo + video team out of LA, covering the activation in motion, the venue environment, and the brand moments built into the weekend.

Edit on-site

Selects pulled and graded as the shoot ran. Vertical and horizontal cuts assembled for social on the same day they were captured.

Deliver

Brand-graded hero stills, social-ready short-form cuts, and the full original library — handed off as the weekend wrapped.
