Partnering with West Coast Exhibit, we spent a few days in Las Vegas covering Medicom Toy’s Designer Con activation — capturing every Bearbrick reveal, install detail, and brand moment from build to bring-out.
West Coast Exhibit brought us in to document Medicom Toy’s Designer Con activation. Designer Con is the year’s biggest drop moment for the Japanese collectibles brand — collectors line up before doors open, exclusive Bearbricks move fast, and the booth itself is a destination.
The brief covered the full arc: install photography, hero stills of the finished build, the collectible drops in their best light, and the on-site activation moments when the doors opened. Both brands needed deliverables they could push immediately and use for years.
Pre-pro with West Coast Exhibit and Medicom Toy — install timeline, Bearbrick product list, hero shot positions, and the camera angles that would capture the booth’s scale.
