Case study

On-site editing for a brand that doesn’t compromise on standards.

PhotographyActivationACT Expo2026

A six-hour photo shoot at ACT Expo for Power Electronics, captured, edited, and delivered to brand standard before the booth closed for the day.

The challenge

Six hours on the floor. Brand-grade photos in their hands before the day ended.

Power Electronics came to us with a tight one-day window at ACT Expo in Las Vegas. The brief: capture every required angle of a large, complex booth build, hold to a strict shot list, and deliver photography that matches their exact brand color and lighting standards.

There was no margin for off-spec frames, no second day to reshoot, and no cushion in the schedule to hand work off to a remote editor. The deliverables had to be on-spec, on-brand, and out of our hands the same day.

Our approach

How we solved it.

01

Pre-production

Brand standards review, shot list, lighting plan, and an on-site editing rig prepped and tested before we landed in Vegas.

02

Capture

Six-hour booth shoot covering every required angle, with frames pulled and reviewed in real time against the shot list.

03

Edit on-site

Color and lighting matched to Power Electronics’ brand standards as the shoot progressed, with selects locked in the editor before the shoot ended.

04

Deliver

Final library out the same day. Brand-graded, organized, and ready for the team to push without a single round of revisions.

Selected work

Selected frames.
