Case study
Documentary photography of All Exhibit Solutions building out its share of the RE+ 2025 floor in Las Vegas. Crates, steel, ladders and a crew working against the clock.
Every finished booth photo starts here. All Exhibit Solutions took over its share of the RE+ 2025 floor at the Venetian Expo, including the JinkoSolar build, and for the days before doors it was crates, steel frame, ladders and crew. That work is what an exhibit house actually sells, and almost nobody has pictures of it.
Install is a hard shoot. Hall lighting is industrial and uneven, crews move constantly and cannot stop for a camera, and every other build going up around you fills the frame with noise. Get in the way once and you have cost the schedule real minutes.
Set the rules with the All Exhibit team before floor call: shoot around the crew, stage nothing, stay clear of the lift zones.
Worked the build in passes, from bare frame and hanging sign through panel work and finish detail, following whoever was doing the hardest thing at that moment.
Graded for a dim hall with hot overhead pools, keeping skin tones honest and holding the All Exhibit mark readable on black shirts.
Delivered a documentary set All Exhibit can run on its own site and social, and reuse for recruiting. See what their website and search program did next.
From empty floor and crates through to finished walls, shot as the build happened rather than in one walkthrough.
Every frame captured live around a working crew, with no setups and no lost minutes on the schedule.
North America’s largest clean energy show, at the Venetian Expo in September.
